Our wall-mounted LiFePO4 battery was specially developed for home solar energy storage system. The battery used the lightest cell and can be mounted on the wall with a battery holder.

BMS（Battery Management System）

It is an electronic system allowing the control and the charge of the different elements of a storage battery. The BMS built into each battery ensures that the battery is protected from improper handling. It switches the battery in case of under voltage or overload, and turns on automatically as soon as the problem is fixed.* Protection of the cell against under voltage by cutting the
load over time.
* Protection of the cell against over voltages by reducing the charging current or by stopping the charging process.
* System shutdown in case of overheating.
* Battery charging is stopped at low temperature.

 

SUPPORT ALL IN ONE SMART COMMUNICATION FUNCTION

Our BMS is a complete set of communication functions, supporting RS485, RS232 and CAN-BUS communication protocols. We can also customize the communication content according to the confirmation which customers provide. Customers can through the host computer software to monitor the batteries, and check the working status of each cells and set specific parameters on the computer.

P1: Què s'inclou per a una bateria o un paquet, puc comprar-vos un carregador?

A1: Battery case, BMS, battery pack, can buy customized connector, charger

P2: Quanta freqüència recarrega la bateria?
A2: En general, cada 2 mesos per recarregar la bateria, per carregar-la completament depèn del corrent del carregador que utilitzeu. El carregador de 20A es pot carregar completament per a una bateria de 12V 100Ah en 5 hores, el carregador ràpid de 50A en 2 hores.

P3: Quin és el termini de lliurament de la mostra i el lliurament de comandes a granel. Quant de temps el puc aconseguir?
A3: Fast delivery: If small quantity, can be finished in 3-5 days days after payment, bulk in 10-25 days depends on the quantity
Enviament: comanda de mostra o paquets de bateries petites, podem enviar per express a través de Fedex, UPS, TNT, etc. Si el paquet sencer supera els 50 kg, es pot enviar per aire o per mar, l'enviament marítim és més barat. El client pot indicar el nom de l'aeroport més proper i el nom del port marítim perquè el venedor comprove la millor opció per a vostè.

P4. Quina és la teva garantia?
A4: We offer 10 years warranty for all our battery pack for different situation. We ensure at least 3500 cycle life for the
LiFePO4 battery pack, which means you can use it for at least 10 years for normal 1 time charge and discharge everyday.

P5: Puc personalitzar la mida de la bateria?
A5: Of course yes if your quantity MOQ workable.

P6. Podem posar diferents paquets de bateries LiFePO4 en paral·lel o en sèrie per nosaltres mateixos?
A6: Sí. Els clients poden posar la bateria en paral·lel o en sèrie. Però hi ha pocs consells als quals hem de parar atenció;
1> Make sure the voltage of each battery are same before put in parallel. If they are not same, charge them to the same rate.
2> No poseu la bateria descarregada i la descàrrega en paral·lel. Això pot reduir la capacitat de la bateria sencera.
3> Indiqueu-nos la capacitat objectiu de tot el pack si voleu posar-los en sèrie. Triarem el BMS adequat per a cada bateria.
4> Si no sou professionals de les bateries paral·leles i de sèrie, no les manipuleu soles. Pot causar perill i perjudicar la vida útil del cicle de la bateria.

P7. El podem utilitzar per al motor del cotxe?
A7: Sí, el nostre paquet de bateries inclou BMS, només el podeu utilitzar per a cotxes de baixa velocitat o auxiliar. potència per al cotxe estàndard. No l'utilitzeu directament per al cotxe estàndard, que necessitarà un BMS de disseny més complex per al paquet.
